VITALUNA offers a "Subscribe & Save" subscription program for 'The Evening Ritual'. By selecting the Subscribe & Save option, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

  • Recurring Charges: You are authorizing VITALUNA to automatically charge your original payment method on a recurring basis according to the delivery frequency you selected (e.g., every 30 days).

     

  • Cancellation & Modification: You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your VITALUNA customer account portal, or by emailing our Client Concierge at hello@vitalunahealth.co.uk. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled processing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change the price of our subscription products. If the price of your subscription changes, we will notify you via email well in advance of your next billing cycle, giving you the opportunity to cancel or modify your plan.

7. Products and Availability

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

8. Returns and Refunds

Your purchase is governed by our Return Policy. First-time buyers of 'The Evening Ritual' are protected by our 30-Day First Bottle Guarantee. All subsequent purchases, bundles, and subscription renewals are only eligible for return if they are sealed, unopened, and returned within 30 days of delivery. 9. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
