VITALUNA Refund Policy
At VITALUNA, we engineer clinical-grade formulations for high-performing professionals. We stand behind our science, but we also understand that every individual's physiological response to botanical and amino acid matrices can vary.
We have designed our return policy to be transparent, fair, and straightforward.
1. The 30-Day "First Bottle" Guarantee
We want you to experience 'The Evening Ritual' with complete confidence. If you are a first-time customer and you are not completely satisfied with your initial purchase of a single bottle, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price (excluding shipping)—even if the bottle is opened or empty.

Note: This guarantee applies strictly to your first single-bottle purchase. It does not apply to subsequent orders, subscription renewals, or multi-bottle bundles.
2. Standard Returns (Unopened & Sealed)
For all other purchases, including multi-bottle bundles and Subscribe & Save renewals, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is:

100% sealed in its original, undamaged packaging.

Unopened and in resalable condition.
Once our facility receives and inspects the sealed product, we will issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method. We do not charge restocking fees on sealed products. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened products outside of the "First Bottle" Guarantee.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping labels. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item and cannot issue refunds for packages lost in transit. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our support team at hello@vitalunahealth.co.uk with your Order Number and the email address associated with your account. Our Client Concierge will provide you with the exact return facility address and authorization instructions within 24 hours.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or compromised during transit, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will immediately dispatch a complimentary replacement.
