At VITALUNA, we understand that optimizing your evening routine is a priority. Our fulfillment operations are engineered to ensure 'The Evening Ritual' arrives at your door securely, efficiently, and without friction.
Please review our shipping protocols and delivery timelines below.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
We operate with a strict daily dispatch cut-off to ensure rapid delivery.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT) Monday through Friday are processed and dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM (GMT), or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.
You will receive a formalized shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details the moment your package is handed over to our carrier partners.
2. UK Domestic Shipping Tiers
We offer the following shipping options for our UK-based customers. Please note that delivery timeframes commence from the date of dispatch, not the time the order is placed.

Standard Tracked Delivery (2-3 Business Days): £3.95 (Complimentary on orders over £60).

Priority Next-Day Delivery (1 Business Day): £5.95 (Order must be placed before the 1:00 PM GMT cut-off).

The "Subscribe & Save" VIP Tier: All customers enrolled in our Subscribe & Save program automatically receive Complimentary Standard Tracked Delivery on every recurring order, for the lifetime of their subscription.
3. International Fulfillment
VITALUNA currently ships to the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the United States.

EU Standard Tracked (5-7 Business Days): £9.95

US Standard Tracked (7-10 Business Days): £14.95
Duties & Taxes (DDU): For all orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, the customer is the importer of record. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or localized processing fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout price.
4. Subscribe & Save Logistics
For our Subscribe & Save members, your recurring orders are systematically prioritized. Our logistics software calculates your delivery cadence to ensure your next bottle of 'The Evening Ritual' is dispatched before your current supply runs out. You will receive an automated notification 3 days prior to your next processing date, allowing you to modify, pause, or update your shipping address via your client portal.
5. Tracking Your Protocol
Once dispatched, you can monitor your delivery via the tracking link provided in your confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's system to update the initial tracking scans.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
VITALUNA partners with premium carriers, but anomalies in transit can occur.

Damaged Goods: If your order arrives structurally compromised or damaged, please retain all original packaging and email our Client Concierge within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will immediately dispatch a priority replacement.

Missing Deliveries: If your tracking link shows as "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your building's reception. If the package remains missing after 48 hours of the delivery scan, contact us immediately so we can launch a carrier investigation and secure a resolution.
